Welcome to The Bellboy. By using our concierge services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About The Bellboy

The Bellboy is a private digital concierge service providing high-end lifestyle management, reservations, bookings, and exclusive experiences to its members.

We do not directly provide services (e.g., hotel stays, restaurant bookings, or private transport) but act as an intermediary between members and service providers.

2. Membership & Services

2.1 Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is by application only and subject to approval.

  • The Bellboy reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application.

  • Membership is non-transferable.

2.2 Service Requests

  • Members may submit requests via email, phone, or other approved communication channels.

  • The Bellboy will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all requests but does not guarantee availability.

  • Some requests may be subject to third-party provider terms and conditions.

2.3 Service Limitations

The Bellboy does not facilitate:

  • Illegal or unethical activities.

  • Requests that violate service provider policies.

  • Requests that exceed reasonable timelines or availability.

3. Payment & Billing

3.1 Payment Authorisation

  • When payment is required for goods or services that The Bellboy is purchasing or booking on your behalf, we will send a secure payment link for you to complete the transaction.

  • Some bookings may require pre-payment or deposits, which will be communicated before processing.

  • Requests will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed via the provided secure link.

3.2 Subscription Fees

  • The Bellboy operates on a membership-based subscription model, with fees charged on a monthly basis.

  • By signing up for a membership, you authorise recurring payments via your selected payment method.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. If unsuccessful, membership access may be suspended or terminated.

3.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments made directly to service providers are subject to their refund and cancellation policies.

  • If a request is cancelled after confirmation, service provider penalties may apply.

  • The Bellboy is not responsible for refunds once a booking is confirmed.

  • Subscription cancellations must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

  • If you cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

4. Third-Party Providers

4.1 Relationship with Service Providers

  • The Bellboy facilitates bookings and introductions but is not responsible for third-party services.

  • Members agree that any issues, disputes, or service failures must be resolved with the service provider.

  • We cannot guarantee availability or fulfilment of all requests.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

5.1 Limitation of Liability

  • The Bellboy is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or inconveniences arising from third-party services.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or safety of any third-party service.

5.2 Indemnification

  • Members agree to hold The Bellboy harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Privacy & Data Security

6.1 Data Collection & Use

  • We collect and store member information solely for concierge service purposes.

  • Payment details are securely processed in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

6.2 Confidentiality

  • Member information and requests are confidential and never shared without consent.

  • Members agree to keep their account credentials private to prevent unauthorised access.

7. Termination & Changes

7.1 Membership Termination

  • The Bellboy reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership at its discretion.

  • Grounds for termination include:

    • Non-payment or unauthorized transactions

    • Abuse of services

    • Violations of these Terms & Conditions

7.2 Changes to Terms

  • The Bellboy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
